Guided Meditation for New Beliefs

Welcome beautiful (and stylish!) friend, I’m so glad you’re here! I invite you to join me for this guided meditation intended to help you embrace new beliefs and release old rules.

I appreciate first hand how difficult it can be to let go of deeply ingrained rules. For the longest time I followed other people’s rules and tried to be perfect on the outside as I checked off all of the right boxes. Internally though I was a hot mess from stress, exhaustion and inauthenticity. I now know that we are each capable of creating and following our own intentions that serve us in a positive way. I encourage you to start living by your own beliefs today as you relax your body and make space in your mind for new ways of thinking, new ways of feeling and new ways of being - all of which reflect the reality that you’re seeking.
