A quick background, I used to think I didn’t have time to take care of myself.  I was so focused on what I thought other people needed or expected and so exhausted by all of my responsibilities that I put myself last on the to-do list.  As a result, I felt overwhelmed with stress, filled with negative energy and helpless to change. 
 
Now I use these tools to stay focused and thriving and they’ve made an awesome positive impact on my authenticity and well-being.
