It has been such a pleasure to partner with Go Love Yourself as a featured coach this month! Go Love Yourself is a subscription box for thoughtful, reflective, self-awareness seeking women and being part of this remarkable community of women has been empowering and inspiring. (So much more than a traditional monthly subscription box!) This month’s theme is mindfulness and we read The Mindful Day by Laurie J. Cameron, a book about practical ways to find focus, calm and joy from morning to evening.

Happy New Year! Yes, I know officially the new year isn’t until January first, however there is something new about this time of year as the seasons change and school resumes. Even if you’re experiencing a heat wave (it’s 90+ degrees where I am today) or the only part of back to school that impacts you is the traffic patterns, there’s still an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and start fresh.


I’ve heard from multiple people recently that my messages make it seem so simple. “It” being anything from feeling confident in your own skin and living authentically to being empowered and feeling an overall sense of wellbeing. The reality is, IT is simple. Feeling our best and living our truth doesn’t have to be complex.
